Placeholder — not legal advice
Privacy notice
This page is a structural placeholder for an investor prototype. It has not been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer and must be replaced before any real practice or patient data is processed.
What this prototype does
This environment stores fictional demonstration data only. No live practice management system, telephony provider, or messaging provider is connected, and no patient records are processed.
What a production notice must cover
- Controller and processor roles between techmate.one and each practice
- Lawful basis, and the additional Article 9 condition for health data
- Categories of data, retention periods, and deletion routines
- Sub-processors, their locations, and international transfer safeguards
- How individuals exercise access, rectification, erasure, and objection rights
- Security measures, breach notification, and audit arrangements
Before a pilot with real data
A Data Protection Impact Assessment, processor contracts, a lawful-basis and special-category review, retention policy, and vendor data-processing agreements must all be completed. See the architecture handoff document for the full checklist.
